Owning a static caravan at Sandside
Sandside is a small, quiet park on the shore of Morecambe Bay. There's no clubhouse, no entertainment and no rental caravans, so it stays peaceful. It suits couples, retired owners, walkers, birdwatchers and dog owners who want a calm base by the sea within easy reach of the Lake District.
Your caravan can be used from 1st March to 23rd December. The yearly pitch fee is £3,275 including VAT, plus rates of around £210. Electricity is metered, so you only pay for what you use, and gas bottles can be bought on site.
Every caravan is sold sited on its pitch, ready to use. Viewings are by appointment so we can show you round properly and answer your questions. Call 01524 822311, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they're kept on a lead around the park. The beach and canal towpath are right on the doorstep for walks.
